Hello, My Name is Sakita Caison-Ross and I have a passion for people and building lasting relationships. With a background in the education field, I know first hand the importance of building a culture and climate of success. Coming from a hard-working family in Southwest Georgia, I often dreamed of starting my own small business. I placed my dreams on hold for many years because life happens. I focused on being a loving mother, wife, teacher, and school leader. God has blessed me with so many wonderful people throughout my career. I love my school district and working with so many amazing teachers, students, and administrators. On March 11, 2020, our school district along with many other districts across the nation closed due to Covid 19. Our closure forced me to reconsider following my dreams once again. I didn’t know where to start or how to make it all happen. I’ve had a love for candles for as long as I can remember. I ordered an online starter kit and watched hours of Youtube videos and “ Bomb It”. So, I turned my home into a working lab and sacrificed countless hours working to create quality products that YOU can enjoy. It certainly wasn’t easy and failure wasn’t an option.

I had no intentions of selling candles, but family, friends, and co-workers pushed me to brand my passion. Life is precious and I believe in making every effort to live it to the fullest. Caison-Ross Candle Company was created to inspire, and empower YOU to follow your dreams as well. Your dreams are what get you through the worst days and the reason you keep pushing.
