SHIPPING POLICY


GENERAL RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be "unburned" and "unlit".

 

RETURN SHIPPING (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)

To return your product, you should send your product to: Caison-Ross Candle Company

383 Barnwell Street, Camilla Georgia 3170. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be advised by email when the Transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
